Weather in Tainan

When I was in St. Cloud, MN, the weather over there was not too bad. It is cold for outside and warm for inside. Now, I came back to Taiwan (台灣), it is not even summer and it is getting 31 degrees already. Hello! it is only the begining of April here in Tainan (台南). I do not want to think what will happen in the real summer here. When June, July and August arrived, I think these months will be hotter than now.
