Trip to Ping-Tung (屏東)

Yesterday was Tomb-Sweeping day. David, Alan and I went to Ping-Tung (屏東) to eat pig's legs (豬腳). Personally, I do not like pig's leg very much. I do not eat it often, but after a long trip, I decided to test it. We went to Hwan-Hun (萬巒) resturant. This resturant is very famous for pig's leg. TAlso, noodles at this resturant and other courses are so good. Yesterday was not a weekend, it was a weekday and there were a lot of people over there. It was so difficult to find a seat. Alan and I went to find a table. It took 5 minutes to do it. After finding a table, I told Alan to stay over there and do not move. As a good child, he was seatting there all the time. We ordered main course which is of course pig's legs, dry rice noodles and vegetables. All the food were so good.

This is very famous restuarant because many years ago, a famous people of Taiwan had pig's legs over there too. This famous person told everybody that this place is good and we should all try it. Also, this resturant opened since 1948. It had been from one generation to another generation.

It was a great trip and great lunch. If Nancy come to Taiwan, I will bring her to this place.
