Still Raining in Tainan, Taiwan

The weather is horrible here in Tainan, Taiwan. It will be raining for a whole week. In the morning when I woke up at 5:30 AM, it started to rain in Xīgang (西港). When I arrived to Tainan city, it stops raining. It is creazy, it is just creazy, the weather changed from cold to hot. I really do not understand about this weather.
