Something Funny to Remember

This morning when I was eating breakfast, I remembered something that I did one time. I put Alan into tap dance class. It is set up by the St. Cloud community in MN. When I registered him in that class, I was so excited and I did not even ask whether or not will be boys in Alan's group. The first day of class, I had to ask not only to my CEEP professor but also Montessory school's principal and Alan's teacher for permission to get out of our classes and be with him in his dance. Three of them were so nice and they cooperate with me nicely.

When we entered to the North Junior High School's cafeteria, I almost collapsed because the dancers were all girls. Alan started to feel uncomfortable, he wanted to go back to his school. He is the only boy in that group. He started to cry everytime when we go there.

I do not know why, I had to dance with him and do what the teacher was saying. I paid the money but we did not even finish the class. The last day of the class, the tap dance teacher invited us to see the final product. The girls danced perfectly, I really like it.

From this, I learned a lesson that I need to ask before I registered Alan into something. That was so funny and my son was so uncomfortable. A bad experience for Alan.
