Lu-Kan

This is the second day of the starting new year. We went to Lu-Kan (鹿港). Where is Lu-Kan? Lu-Kan is located in Taichung county. It is very famous for antiques, temples and food. This is the first stop we made in our trip. My father-in-law if from here and he really like us to go to see the city. He was like the tour guide, he introduced us about everything. He could tell us from food, to many good places to visit.
This is the Temple of Dragon. My father-in-law grew up here. He really wanted to see the house of Buddhist Gods. This temple is called 龍山寺 I do not know how to say it in English, so that's why I called it Dragon temple.

Alan also took a picture with the water fountain. He likes the big fishes over there. The back yard is really beautiful, a lot of people were also taking pictures over there.

In the backside of the temple, there's a water fountain. This water fountain as before was closed to the public. Because of one God died, the doors opened to public. It is free, people do not need to pay anything to get inside.
When my father-in-law was a child, he told me that he could not even enter to the garden. It was closed to public. Now, he has the luck to go inside and see the house.

According to my father-in-law, this temple is very famous for its ceilings. This ceiling is the most famous and traditional in Lu-Kan's temple. A lot of people were taking picture about the ceiling, so I took one also, until my father-in-law told me how important this ceiling was.
