Problems with A Homestay Family

A couple of my students have problems with their homestay families, Collin and Amber. The homestay mother is a worker here. She organized the homestay families for many schools and at the same time, she got 4 kids at her home. It is a lot and she did not treat them very nice. Lyn is Collin and Amber's homestay mother. She treat them as same as her cat. I told Berry, the person who organized the study tour about their problems and Berry will see the case and he will change them.

At night when I went back home, Berry called me and told me that he got a new homestay family for the two girls. The new homestay parents are retire teachers at Nudgee College. I think that is a perfect match for the kids. I thik these couples will have more understanding about the cultures. I think the kids will be ok at this home.
