Amo Cake (阿默蛋糕)

I remembered when I first time, I met David, he bought me cheese cake. I did not like cheese cake before, but since I tried Amo cheese cake, I really like it.

People were talking about food and other things, I had the smell of cheese cake in my mouth. I really want it. I asked David where to buy cheese cake with brown box outside. I did not know that is Amo brand.

Anyways, he ignored me at once, I asked him again and again. So he decide to buy it for me.

We went to Taipei and we found Amo bakery shop. David told me to buy anything I want. There's a lot of cakes to choose from. I did not tried any other cakes before, I just knew cheese cake.

I told the saler that I want one large cheese cake. Now Amo cheese cake costs $240 NT Dollars.

The lenght of the cake is not large enough. It is really short. The worst part, it can be kept only three days. It must be cold (fridge), if you keep outside of the fridge for 16 hours.

This is AMo's cheese cake. It is so delicious. It is tender. I know now why this cake is so famous. Because the texture is very soft.

I could not smell cheese here, but the feeling of the cake is so great.
