Who is he? I did not even recognize him. He is my cousin Tim, from my mom's side. He is the son of my yongest aunt. What is happening to his hair? he is like one of reggae singers. Do you know he spent $250 Dollars to have his hair done like this? If I was him, I won't do it. Anyways, it is so cool!
