老四川 (Old Sichuan)

Do you know the spicy hot pot? The spicy hot pot is very popular here in Taiwan.

After, I been in so many spicy hot pots restaurants, finally I found the Old Sichuan. The flovour of the soup is so good. I never taste something like this before. The old Sichuan 老四川, actually is come from China. Now, in Taiwan there are four resturants, one in Taichun, one in Tainan and two in kaoshion.

This is the spicy hot pot. the white one is non-spicy hot pot.

This is the sauce where you have to mix with the hopt pot. This sauce is so special. I really enjoy eating there.
