Motorcycle Licence
I have my driver's license, but I do not have my motorcycle's license. My husband, David is always worrying about police. With my driver's license, I can ride scooter of 50 cc. But I cannot ride scooter more than 50 cc. If I want to ride scooter more than 50 cc. I have to get license.
We arrived early in the afternoon at Tainan Motors and Vehicles’ Registration (台南監理站). We thought lunch time; it won't be a lot of people. But there are a lot of people waiting in line.
First able, we do not know what to do. We asked one of the employees over there. He said first, we need to go and buy registration. The registration agency is located in front of street.
When we arrived there, the employee made us to fill out the forms. After filling out the forms, I have to go for eyes check, height and weight, after that I have to see the numbers in different colors and finally, I passed everything I have to pay $90 NT Dollars. Picture $120 NT Dollars.
Finally, it is time for us to go back to Motor and Vehicles and Registration Office. We had to go to the second floor. On the second floor, a lot of people were waiting gin line.
People were so slow typing people's name and information. They said the computer is very slow. After doing all the paper work, and pay 4250 NT dollars, finally, I had to go for a road test.
This is the place of the road test. I have to prepare my helmet, and my scooter above 50 cc.
This is test place. It is not big; it has basic things, like listen for the train, look at the traffic lights, and flashing lights. If I pass all this, means, I can get my license.

There's a train, how people can do it. When train passes by, everybody has to wait for the train. In this case, I had to wait for the sound.
The second part is the traffic lights. I have to see the lights; if it is green I can keep going. If it is red I have to stop.
The last one is the people to pass the streets. If the yellow lights are not flashing, means I can go.
During the test, if there's an alarm, means I did not pass it. If there's no sound, means I pass it.
For one single thing, they deduct a lot of points.

They are a lot of people who are waiting in line. People are waiting to be called. I was waiting for my name, too. 
After 10 minutes, I got my license. Now, I won't be afraid of police. I can ride scooter more than 50 cc. Congratulations to myself!, ha ha ha...
They gave me as a gift a yellow raincoat. Alan can use it. Even that raincoat is not so good, it will break easily.
